Pain Nanomedicine Lab

Since 2011, our research has focused on the design and development of pain nanomedicines that provide low dose, safe, non-addictive pain treatments and nanoimaging probes for investigating pain mechanisms in preclinical models. Our goal is to design accessible and fully personalized pain medicines which work in sync with the person in pain and adapt to that unique person in every moment of their life, from the moment they first experience the injury or disease that caused their pain until they fully recover and heal. No pain medicine today can meet this goal. Our unique innovative pain nanomedicine can.
